Our Story

Country 2 Coast has proudly serviced the South Coast, Illawarra and Southern Highlands for over 13 years.

After 12 months into his apprenticeship in 1995, Director Wade Cattell had the opportunity to spend time working for himself which gave great insight to the real world. Wade finished his apprenticeship in a COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL environment before moving to Queensland to manage a small company, painting all over South East Queensland. After returning, he met his partner Nicole who soon became his sidekick, travelling and painting 7 days quite often. They saved enough money to take on their first big project, which cost them their entire savings but the risk was worthwhile.

In 2007 we became Country 2 Coast Painting, an amazing team with a strong work ethic and a Can Do attitude. Never shying away from a challenge, which inturn expanded our abilities.

Now as County 2 Coast Maintenance, we simplify your experience and provide all building repairs and upgrades with the help of our extended team. We are passionate, eager to learn and have a keen interest in all aspects of the construction industry. Country 2 Coast Maintenance thrives on the satisfaction of our customers and the chance to develop the next generation of professional tradespeople.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot speak highly enough of country2coast. Their team were an amazing support during a stressful time when I urgently needed some work done. Luke quoted and did my painting. It was an outstanding job. However it was his attitude to helping and working around a removal team that really stood out. Having a trades person you can trust who works well with other trades in the house is the kind of service you need and can’t always find. I would recommend them to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are so very happy with the level of service, and quality of the finish Country 2 Coast accomplished. We had the house facade, baged finish, reapplied. Additionally we had the driveway cleaned and refinished. The trades persons were courteous, punctual and very professional. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I asked Country 2 Coast to paint my house, both outside and inside. They were absolutely fantastic. Every contractor was highly professional, they truly did beautiful painting work, and they took great care with the preparation of the job and the clean up afterwards. It was nearly three weeks' worth of work, and I am very happy with the result. So are the neighbours!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Country 2 Coast recently completed two jobs for us (epoxy floor for our garage and painting large external deck and stairs). They were a pleasure to deal with - efficient and well organised. The workmanship was excellent, and Luke did a magnificent job on both the garage floor and deck.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An exceptional team- fast, professional, helpful, warm. They offered to, and completed, repairs to the fabric of the housethat I hadn't even previously noticed. The place looks great, the value of the property is enhanced. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.
